Polpharma onboarding trip

Once a year, our new team members are invited to a 3-day trip to visit Polpharma’s headquarters in Warsaw and meet their fellow B2B teams. We also organize a tour across different manufacturing sites and R&D centers spread across Poland.

Mental wellbeing policy

Farmaprojects has developed their own “Mental Wellbeing Policy” to support employees with mental health, including coaching sessions and a burnout protocol. Our team also has access to a mental health platform that provides a number of resources that support your wellbeing.

Physical wellbeing

All our employees are granted an exclusive gym membership to a facility close to our offices. We also have our own running club with weekly team runs, with the possibility to change in the office using our own showers.
